Documentary on the Life of Adolfo Perez Esquivel: Now Exclusively Available on Google Play!

18th June 2015

This weekend at the International Film Festival in Monte Carlo, we hosted the world premier of PeaceJam’s Nobel Film Series documentary, “Rivers of Hope.” This is the story of an activist of unparalleled determination, 1980 Nobel Peace Laureate, Adolfo Perez Esquivel, of Argentina.

The film educates and enlightens, while sparking dialogue around one of the most important events in Latin America, the “Dirty War.” The film was extremely well received, and today we are pleased to announce that anyone can now view the film exclusively via Google Play! To rent or buy the film just click here.

We also want to recognize the hard work and creativity of PeaceJam co-founders and respective director and producer of the film, Ivan Suvanjieff and Dawn Eagle. They tell the story of the inspirational Adolfo Perez in a beautiful and deeply emotional way.

For those of you who don’t know the story of the human-rights movement in Latin America, this documents a terrible time, but one that we can learn from and that no nation can afford to forget. You can also watch the trailer here

We would love to know what you think of the film.
